week 5 colour and focal length

these two photos are for the exercise the close up head shots i messed this exercise up  by not changing my focal length when i did these photos a second time these are my two best

theses 3 are for the exercise where we had to take a portrait at 3 different focal lengths moving each time to keep the subject the same size in the frame

all these photos have the same meta data
f/11.0 1/4000 iso 6400
they are so high because i was shooting at night the day before and i forgot to check my iso

18.0 mm

33.0mm

55.0 mm

theses 3 pictures are from the next exercise when we had to repeat the exercise above but not move each time

these all have the same meta data as above

18.0 mm

35.0mm

55.0mm

this was the photo i took with the 70 -300 telephoto lens

theses photos are some examples of contrasting colours

theres are examples of complementary colours

i just wanted to add this pic because i liked the movement of the seagull's wings

week 5 light direct reflected diffused

these photos where for the exercise where we had to take a photo with subjects back to the sun with out a reflector then one with
with out reflector

with gold reflector

these where for the exercise where we had to take a still life picture  with out a reflector then with a reflector

with out

gold reflector

white reflector i didn't really get a good example of this one  as i was in the wrong place to get a good angel

silver reflector
the light from the reflectors not really shining on wood here more on the grass

these where for the last exercise where we where using the reflectors in a shady spot
i think the gold reflector makes tatiana look odd and the silver was way to harsh

white reflector ?

no reflecter

gold reflecter

silver reflecter

i took this picture with a gold reflector being used i quite like this photo but i want to warm it up just slightly and crop it so your focus is on the subjects face

week 4 texture + &- space

these first 5 pictures are for the first exercise where we had to take a close up picture of texture this was a fun exercise i found it very easy to find texture but not as easy to fill the frame with that texture as you can see from my first photo

can you guess what this is  iv asked a few people most of them got it wrong lol

is a safety cone

these 3 pictures we had to  take some wider framed photos incorporating texture i like how they turned out

this photo was for the exercise where we had to take a picture of a group i didn't get to take many this was the best i got

these where for the exercise where we had to create a still life i worked on my own for this
in these first to photos i haven't left   much space between  the items but have given them some negative space around them

it was fun taking this photo with 1 had i have more space between the objects but not so much of a still life aas my hand is in it
